Wadewhack

Wadewhack comes from a play on the words weed whack. Like having to cut out the weeds in your yard so it looks beautiful (and I have to do this to as a new home owner), I too must remove the weeds from life so I can look beautiful. By that I mean, so that I can live according to God’s Word so others may see Christ in me.

But your name’s Chris not Wade?!
Of course it is! Wade is a nickname I once went by as a volunteer in the Oneighty of Tampa middle school ministry. It was a character I played in a skit during summer camp back around ’04 (i think). I’ve been debating weather to leave the Wade name behind since stopping voluteering but I’d been called Wade for 3-4 years so it’s special to me. So Wade will stay for now (plus Wade is more interesting as an internet handle/screen name than boring “Chris Smith”).
